+## 앱 아이콘
+
+공식 길통이·차로(`ai-mascot.png`)로 Dock/바로가기 아이콘을 생성합니다.

+`dist:mac` / `dist:win` 실행 시 자동으로 아이콘을 다시 만든 뒤 패키징합니다.

+## 사용 안내
+
+- **Mac dmg:** 앱을 Applications로 드래그. 차단 시 설정 화면「Mac 설치 명령 복사」.
+- **Mac zip:** `실행하기.command` 또는 `.app` 실행.
+- **Windows Setup:** 설치 마법사 실행.
+- **Windows portable:** 압축 없이 exe 바로 실행. SmartScreen → 추가 정보 → 실행.
