chore: chatbotApp-test 서브모듈 추가 및 git_fetch_all 대상 확장

Browse Source 
KoreaExpressWayCorp/chatbotApp-test 를 submodule 로 등록하고,
git_fetch_all.sh 가 chatbot2.0-agent 브랜치로 GitHub 동기화·push 하도록 한다.
